- Create a new technology business strategy and operating model to support group restructuring initiatives, whilst focusing on running operations to maintain business performance goals. - Develop new business and governance processes in a highly outsourced technology service model. - Program manage technology projects that align corporate priorities with IT change. - Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure common goal understanding and achievement.

- Provide advisory consulting through objective and critical analysis of the market and target customers to create and lead the corporate strategy to establish a new Cloud & Online services business practice. - Lead start-up establishment of corporate framework and structures, selecting and appointing technical team members. - Consult to customer base on IT strategy, optimisation, and management, with a C-level target to achieve establishment growth targets. - Create new vendor relationships and brand recognition through partnership and marketing models building a ground up pipeline.

- Establish and lead a new Transformation Program within the organisation to optimise operations, performance and effectiveness of the group following four acquisitions. - Create committee framework, operational scope and boundaries presenting Transformation Plans and recommendations for CEO & Board approval.- Guide and mentor teams by crafting integration/separation plans, and leading execution by supporting the senior team members through program delivery.- Maintain balance in whole of business change demand through value analysis.- Undertake industry specific research to build growth opportunity awareness within business unit leaders.- Engage with strategic clients for on-boarding, acquisition, and continuation of services.
