There were higher demands over the peak periods of the year which caused our targets to rise, and I continued to meet and exceed daily.I moved to the returns department as a permanent employee, my role was to ensure all of the stock we received was accounted for and to document any discrepancies found using the JDA system, varying from missing stock and general quality of stock.A year and a half into my employment I was moved to the goods in and dispatch department. Initially I was loading the trailers leaving the distribution center for stores. After a short time I also dealt with deliveries, scanning them into the warehouse and making sure the correct stock arrived.
