Following three successful years in research operations, Daniel transitioned to a newly created Account Management role. He is responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of key EMEA client accounts spanning financial services; government agencies and governing bodies; and publicly listed and private companies active in sectors including renewables, tech, automotive, mining, sport, defence, and healthcare. Daniel has led the development of innovative internal processes, templates and tool kits designed to help account managers succeed while working with colleagues across existing teams to integrate the new account management function and promote the effective cross-selling of Kroll services. Daniel also retains his role with the firm's growing Geopolitical, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risk advisory practices.

The Caribbean Council is a long-established consultancy and membership organisation, specialised in providing trade, investment and due diligence services covering the Caribbean, the Guianas and Central America- from Guatemala to Panama. A large part of Daniel’s role at The Caribbean Council involved managing and developing a range of consultancy services, building on the organisation’s position as a world-leading centre of expertise on the region which supports multinational and SME companies to understand local markets, and navigate the region’s complex business environment with confidence. Combining the Council’s in-house expertise with its privileged position at the centre of an unrivalled regional network of consultants working across key areas of industry and government in every jurisdiction, Daniel was primarily focused on developing the Council’s due diligence and political risk practice.
