Utilizing PID steering controls the roll of the unit was kept under ~1 degree as measured by the inclinometer.-Lidar centering and thickness calculation:Using two lidar sensors while tracking the distance traveled the thickness of material applied was measured by comparing pipe profile measurements at the same axial point in the pipe. To improve spray quality lidar was also used to keep the spraying unit centered in the pipe.-C# and C++ Pubsub Messaging and Event Handling:The embedded C++ program running on the nvidia jetson with ubuntu 16.04 utilized the QP::QF framework.
