Fresh out of University and after 12 months traveling the world, Daniel joined the ADP Group as a junior consultant in 2006. Within 2 years of joining ADP he was elevated to the position of Senior Account Manager where he was responsible for a large client portfolio as well as the management of the recruitment and marketing teams. In January 2015, Daniel joined the team at FirstPoint Personnel as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. With his hands on attitude & extensive background in HR & Recruitment, people management, client relations & rapport building he is setting the standard for his team to follow.As with any Senior position comes far more responsibility, Daniel believes this is one aspect of his working life that he has genuinely embraced. After all the opportunity to build and maintain Major Client relations and to manage his own team is the most rewarding of all.With on the job training across all facets of Human Resource management, He has established many great long standing relationships with both his clients and employees over the years.
