Seit über 10 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit den kritischen Faktoren, die Executives in Unternehmen erfolgreich machen – durch Auditierung individueller Persönlichkeitseigenschaften, Kompetenzen und Potenziale. In dem Zuge habe ich viele spannende Führungs- und Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten in Organisationen wie Vaillant, DB (inkl. internationaler Tochtergesellschaften), DB Schenker, REWE Group, TÜV Nord, Sigfried, Viega und vielen mehr kennengelernt. Bereits mein Psychologiestudium in Hamburg und an der New York University war von dem Interesse geprägt, herauszufinden, was Menschen in Organisationen motiviert – und so konnte ich mich aktiv mit Forschungen im Kontext von Prof. Gabriele Oettingen, Peter Gollwitzer und Carol Dweck auseinandersetzen.Später konnte ich an der Lund School of Economics & Management die psychologische Perspektive um gesamtunternehmerisches Know-how ergänzen.Geblieben ist dabei immer mein Drive, stets mehr zu lernen – der mir unter anderem Zertifikate in den folgenden Bereichen beschert: - People Analytics (Wharton University) - Executive Coaching (EBS Universität) - Business Finance (IMD Lausanne) - Venture Governance (St. Gallen) Theorie ist gut. Praxis ist besser. Ich bin seit 2014 unternehmerisch tätig und in diversen Geschäftsführungspositionen. Bereits mit Anfang 20 habe ich Menschen geführt, die doppelt so alt waren wie ich. Ich habe eigene Unternehmen gegründet – mal mehr, mal weniger erfolgreich. Jedes Mal mit einer Menge Learnings über das (teilweise absolut irrationale) Verhalten von Menschen in Organisationen. Im Guten wie im Schlechten. Und mich bei Beteiligungen im eigenen Familienunternehmens-Verbund engagiert, insbesondere durch Executive Coaching vor-, während und nach Deal-Closing.Docendo discimus – Durch Lehren lernen wirDie Weitergabe von Wissen ist ein Aspekt, der mir grundsätzlich Freude macht.
