I am a dedicated and experienced aerospace engineer, who has always been motivated to work and contribute to the engineering industry since I was a kid. My passion to design, create, and innovate impulses me to find an effective and suitable solution for any problem that may come across my path.As a curious individual, I am always motivated to learn and gain experience in new fields and disciplines. My attention to detail is an advantage that has helped me recognize errors, improve the quality of designs, and optimize the processes involved in a certain given task.I hold a great amount of acceptance of different perspectives and points of view. A multicultural workplace would be a comfortable environment to work in. I am not only efficient on the tasks and duties I am in charge, but also hold great relations with people. For me, it is easy to understand and work with people no matter their culture, habits and appearance.The enrollment in different projects have developed several skills, and allowed me to acquire a great range of knowledge and abilities which help me daily to deal with every kind of problem. The university and internship projects provide me with computational and analytical experience, which allowed me to design and simulate different structural and mechanical elements. The teamwork required all for these projects helped me to strength my leadership ability. The experience in the avionics industry provided me different Software and Systems skills and knowledge. Projects in this industry provided me insight not only to software architecture, design and programming; but also, to project management, industry standards and systems integration. My role as a Scrum Lead allowed me to use my leadership ability to guide a 10 member team; while acquiring management, organizational, and Agile knowledge.Furthermore, direct contact with mechanical machines, including drills, milling machine saws and a wide range of welders, have provided me with important experience, useful at the moment of designing or building up an entire aircraft or mechanical structure.
