A few accomplishments I'm proud of including:► Sourced, orchestrated and negotiated all procurement activities derived from the relocation of Tyler, Tx facility into Mexico saving 30% (landed cost), also fulfilling on time completion of the project and within budget ($11M). ► Pioneered and implemented supplier evaluation, scorecards at Vesuvius, measuring suppliers performance in quality, delivery, service and cost, which led to supplier´s development, supplier audits and bargaining power, saving over $5M in 4 years.► Developed and implemented ASN´s connecting with SAP available to promise system for final customers, improving customer OTD in 12 pts; from 82 to 94% in 6 months. ► Headed the department transformations for all procurement responsibilities end to end processes, including RFP and bidding process management, contract administration, multimillion-dollar budget oversight, report analysis, and the new organization design.I am focused on putting my passion and competences to good use, send me an invite if you want to connect.
