I am involved in planning and assisting with campaigns, events, and promotions, and have responsibility managing and keeping databases and records up to date. I assist in all areas of the Fundraising Team, from being the first point of call from supporters and volunteers, to support them with fundraising activities, ensuring they are thanked, and communications are personal and timely.

As part of the “Young Researchers” scholarship program, where I developed materials for the commemoration of the centenary of the Mexican Constitution employing archival, library and online sources, and assisted on the Institute’s outreach program with the running of public history events and a radio show.

I worked in the geographical and historical archive, supporting the elaboration of the inventory of a section of the archival collection, creating new catalogue records and handling large databases. I also assisted on the digitization and cataloguing of a series of books and articles of their specialized library.

Cofounder and part of the editorial council, I was in charge of Outreach, including management of social media and maintaining the webpage and online supplement, consisting commissioning pieces and managing columnists.

I assisted the Educational Department and, as part of a small team, set up a series of documentary screenings accompanied by debates on the Mexican Revolutionary Pancho Villa.

Carried out the historical research "Nuevo Durango. Una comunidad maya y su proyecto de agricultura orgánica”, which was part of a grant proposal to help further develop a Maya women collective working with organic agriculture and sustainability.
