In my role as Business Unit Mgr Inflammation & Commercial Lead Enbrel I´m overall responsible of the total P&L of the Inflammation franchise. In the scope of responsibility’s I direct different teams within marketing and sales regarding objective, performance and development of the business, the team and the individuals in the teams. The scope of the role also includes internal collaboration with several areas in matrix formation. I am member of the Swedish Specialty Care Leadership team. I report direct to Head of Specialty Care and Country Lead.My experience within Pharma covers team management at several levels of complexity such as matrix organizations, joint ventures, leadership teams and different direct report constellations. I have worked within several therapy areas with both broad insights and at depth knowledge. I have an open and social attitude and understand how to network within and outside the office. As a manager I see one of my main tasks to inspire, motivate and engage co-workers. I set high standards of accuracy, pace and quality in producing and implementing external and internal output. I deliver management with high sense of urgency, integrity and transparency. As a peer I´m supportive and open. As an individual I´m objective- and when needed process oriented. I´m self driven and like a winning attitude.

As BU Manager Primary Care my scope of responsibility covered all marketing and sales strategies including operative plans for sales and marketing teams. The team included direct reports such as regional sales managers & marketers. Big opportunities within the role was to work across BUs in matrix formations but also keep close connection to european hubs. During this period was the therapy areas of respiratory (including the blockbuster Seretide and all other brands within the portfolio, metabolic diseases such as diabetes T2 and urology the main focus. The internal responsibility covered from a financial (P&L) perspective to staff and team development.

During the period this experience covered two roles, Marketing Manager Respiratory and Business Manager Respiratory.The Marketing Mgr role included responsibility over strategic and operative plans for the Respiratory Portfolio including manage Marketing teams within Asthma and COPD. As the Business Manager where regional sales managers added to the team of direct reports and in the extension responsibility of all customer facing sales activity.
