I have over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I started my career as a favor to my brother who needed someone to wash dishes at a restaurant he was just hired at. I had no idea it would lead me to where I am now, or else I may have had a little more enthusiasm when I agreed to come in to help. I have worked my way through most positions in the restaurant and as a result have a respect and understanding of what each role requires. I transitioned into a leadership role over 8 years ago and couldn't be happier with the opportunities afforded to me. I always look for the opportunity to return the favor and develop team members who show interest in furthering their careers in the restaurant. Whether its a progression to a new role in the restaurant or the desire to one day become a manager, I help them along the way. I have experience in hiring, training, effective schedule writing, forecasting, sales building, customer service , P&L Management and overall restaurant operations.
