Including manual handling and age restricted sales.• Supporting lead trainers to deliver a great experience for new starters during their training. • Conducting group role play activities and onboarding.• Provide continuous support for new starters during their induction process, first weeks, and beyond. Ensuring that they are properly trained and prepared for their new role. • Deliver a tailored learning experience for each learner that supports their individual needs, role, and training. • Help to embed the company values and manual handling techniques in everyday activities for all employees. • Manage the organization and distribution of staff uniform.
