 Performing daily duties as Mechanical Supervisor in QAPCO maintenance execution. Working mainly in SAP- PM, MM and QI modules.  Advising for PMT whenever required Arrange spare parts, tools, manpower and consumables as per job requirement Sign PTW and advising the crews to follow the work with correct PPE Preparing daily, weekly and monthly plan to execute the job as per schedule Coordinating with production to take equipment’s for PM Attend and clear breakdown work to avoid production loss Prepare data for shutdown work and advise the spares requirement as per equipment’s Reserve the required spare parts in SAP work order and prepare the list of reservation Expediting plants urgent requirements by regular follow up with purchasing team and vendor until it reaches site/warehouse Carries out technical inspection for incoming materials to ensure that it is conforming to the technical specifications and accepting them to stock in SAP-QI Performs Technical Evaluations (TE) of received technical offers and corresponds with vendors for technical clarifications Prepare, organize, and create Master items and cataloguing system for new projects and plant operation. Advise for the correct spare part and quantity to attach to the Bill of Material (BOM)of the concern assets Plan, arrange required spare parts to support plant Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown, General Shutdown (GSD) and Engineering Service Department (ESD) requirement Review and approve purchase requisitions for materials due for replenishment according to plant requirement and minimum / maximum parameter implemented in SAP-MM Creation of spare part as per the part list from OEM and advising for the minimum and maximum stock level (MIN/MAX) Verify and amend master data resulted from physical stock checking to initiate corrective action in SAP Advising the required certificates as per the technical data required for individual items (MTC, PTC, COC, MSDS, DBC)
