Performance measurement calculation and analysis.Recording and reconciliation of Client accounting data to internal Private Edge records Set-up and maintenance of Client portfolio investments.Data gathering from real estate managers and ensuring the accuracy of data input for the proprietary Private Edge application.Establishing and maintaining of effective relationships with Client, Investment Manager, and internal personnel to insure that required materials are received and deliverable expectations are met.Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting deliverables. • Maintain relationship with assigned clients and asset managers. • Generates, reviews and disburses reports to clients.• Assist in Fund and Investment Manager set up into internal systems. • Perform daily monitoring of transactions to present or resolve failed trades, overdrafts and other problems that may arise. • Track and conduct research to resolve issues and respond to inquiries from external clients or internal departments. • Maintain accurate records of follow-up actions and client contact.• Client data analysis.

• Perform both accounting and custody services on multiple Mutual Funds.• Provides training to Account Controllers in all aspects of mutual fund accounting.• Prepares financial reports and statements.• Receives and reconciles daily bank statements and determines cash availability of portfolios.• Processes daily security trades and wire transfers.• Reconciles and records daily capital stock activity received from the transfer agent.• Pricing of securities and valuation of all the mutual Funds• Responds to enquiries from internal and external customers.
