• Shepherd the Spanish-speaking congregation (350 total) and directed the Hispanic Ministry at FBCW.• Build, developed and equipped 28 leaders overseeing 18 areas of ministry.• Coordinated 5 Sunday School Classes in Spanish and 2 bilinguals.• Participated as teacher and trainer of the FBCW Church Planting School International in Argentina (2010-2012), El Salvador (2011) and Mexico.• Developed partnerships on the mission field with Argentina, Ecuador, El Salvador, Kurdistan and Puerto Rico.• The Hispanic Ministry supported financially 5 missionaries and partnerships. • Led the Hispanic Ministry’s involvement in unreached groups through prayer, giving and going.• Led two mission teams to Kurdistan, Iraq (2011).• Commissioned and sent the Hispanic Ministry first missionary to the unreached groups (Kurds) in 2012.• Integrated the Hispanic Youth group under the FBCW Youth ministry to better reach the 2nd and 3rd generation of Latino-Americans.• Conducted Marriage Conferences in partnership with Family Life ministries.• Developed and implemented a Discipleship System which focused on personal and small group discipleship with a total of 70 people involved in this process.• Influenced and coached the start of 3 Hispanic Ministries in Mega churches in two different states.• Structured the Hispanic Ministry around 8 systems to be a disciple making church: Worship, Evangelism, Assimilation, Small Groups, Discipleship, Service, Equipping, and Stewardship.• Introduced Outreach Strategy “Come and See” and “Go and Tell.”• Started the Hispanic Ministry of FBCW with a worship service in Spanish (2005)• Promoted and introduced a ministry philosophy to better reach all 3 generations of Latino-Americans.• Developed, implemented and maintained church policies and procedures.• Researched the generational differences of American Latinos in the local church.
