Lead the ramp down project for this site involving cross functional work with local and regional teams. Reduced 1.3 MM USD inventory loss (93%) and delivering 99.96% accuracy in transfer multi-warehouse.

Deliver service, cost and cash in 5 departments (Injection Molding, Toolshop and Moldshop, Autonomous and Progressive Maintenance, spare-parts warehouse). Achieved recognition as the BEST Global Operation in Molding and the BEST Spare-part Warehouse in LA. Service level @ 99.5%,Increased Productivity @ 25%, Reduced Manufacturing cost @ 15%, Reduced Inventory @ 10%. In charge of 300 employees (20 direct reports).

Stablish and execute the strategy and Master plan for a site with 700 employees. Get critical Service, Cost and Cash KPI on control working across pillars and departments (Efficiency OEE > to 85%, Service > 98.5%, 0 quality and safety incidents, 10% Savings/cost reductions and 10% Inventory Reduction).Lead the Global Digitalization plan for Oral Care with disruptive technologies like Robotic process automation RPA, Application Programming Interface API, Business Intelligence/Analytics in the Cloud, integration with ERP SAP and Proficy from General Electric and HR systems like Workday and Workforce.

In charge of Injection Molding department with 45 Production Lines. OEE Improvement from 75 to 90% with strong focus on Loss Elimination, Autonomous & Progressive Maintenance. Improved Productivity in 35% from 68 to 92 Units/employee and reduced overtime from 16 to 7%. Delivering strong results on fundamentals with ISO 9000 audit approved with 0 observations and 0 safety incidents in that period. Led organization with 112 employees.Lead Supply Chain pillar for the site. Improved the Service Level from 75% to 97%, Reduced the Scrap from 200 to 40 M USD per month and reduced the Inventory levels in 12 MM USD by Stablishing Production Schedule and Material Usage as Daily Management Systems in the Plan and led Synchronization Value Stream Mapping Models and Inventory Cycle analysis with a digital Kanban to track inventory in real time

Led 45 Start-up projects related to New Injection Molding Machines, Molds, Raw Materials, Automation and Digitalization with Capital Investment equal to 15 MM USD. Stablished Process Control Strategy over 45 Injection Moulding Machines to increase OEE in 10% and improved material utilization from 90 to 98%.Led a Team of Managers from all the functions between P&G (Marketing, Finance, Supply, etc) to deploy 4 global recruiting campaigns (Time Machine, Inspire Me, CEO and FlashChallenges) over 10 Universities to recruit the best talent. As a result, 32 aspirants werehired as Full-time employees for all the functions within P&G being women 70% of them
