Responsible for KPIs as follows: IRA > (99%), Unfulfilled Orders <(0.07%), lost and damaged items <250 ppm. Lead the ramp down project for this site involving cross functional work with local and regional teams. Reduced 1.3 MM USD inventory loss (93%) and delivering 99.96% accuracy in transfer multi-warehouse.
