I manage multiple health research projects, ranging in scope and complexity, with an average combined annual budget of ~$2 million. I am responsible for regulatory and contracting documentation; annual reporting, staff allocations and management, and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time. I have managed several projects that have received local and national media attention, and have impacted both health and political policy and practice.

Interior and exterior design and renovation consulting.

Coordinated all donation efforts with hospitals in the Gift of Life Michigan service area with institutional decision makers; developed, implemented, and monitored a balanced approach to individual hospitals in order to heighten their knowledge and participation in the donation process; assisted hospitals in the development of strategies to meet or exceed federal regulations pertaining to organ and tissue donation, and continually monitored data feedback to guide future efforts; participated in presentations and data collection to support a 5 year NIH funded research project regarding physician education and organ donation rates; interfaced extensively with internal clinical staff, hospital personnel at all levels, and donor/non-donor families; Facilitated quality improvement initiatives tailored to individual customer needs while focusing on increasing organ donations; marketed my organizations mission and resources to hospital staff at all levels, and coordinated those efforts with hospital communications department.
