1.- Responsible for providing timely and efficient support to launch activities for the instrument panels of the Mercedes-Benz A200 2019 and GLB250 2020 models, such as solving assembly and appearance problems, perform feasibility studies and mock ups, create proposals for engineering changes and manage their implementation with the customer and the toolshop.2.- Responsible for coordinating the Indian and Mexican design team for the creation, development and progressive updates of production drawings of all components, subassemblies and assembly of the Floor Console of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer 2022, in which included detailed information on the type of material, finish, BOM list and GD&T.3.- Responsible for the redesign of the passenger arm rest substrate of the RAM 2500 2020, with the objective of being able to receive a new model of mirror switch for the for the RAM Power Wagon 2023 version. The main requirement was to be able to assemble both switches without the need of a new injection tool for the armrest. With this design i saved approximatley more than $250,000 on the cost of new injection tool.4.- Responsible for applying problem solving methodologies for different types of issues such as product appearance, assembly, component performance and fit & finish. Once the root cause was identified, I was in charge of designing and implementing solutions through 3D models and mockups.5.-Responsible for coordinating the progressive updates and releases for 3D models and Drawings of components and assemblies through the Teamcenter PLM platform.
