Operational management of the Glaucoma Service:- includes delivery of activity targets, working with the Service Director to ensure capacity and demand are as closely matched as possible, as well as delivering a high-quality service to our patients. This also includes handling of day to day operational issues.Financial:- management of the Glaucoma budget, analysis for any cost saving projects (CIPs), locum paymentsQuality:- Working with Quality Partner to ensure incidents, PALs, complaints are answered and closed within the trust mandated timeframes.- Lead on any investigations into complaints within the Glaucoma ServiceThis role includes responsibility for a large administrative team across both City Road and Hoxton, and since starting the role have led and implemented various service improvement projects that have led to sustained change.

- Validation of KPI reports ensuring the trusts RTT performance meets the required standard.- Lead on projects for Moorfields South, including analysis of data, presenting reports and supporting clinical audits- Devising and running RTT training program for A&C teams at St George's- Support for shortlisting/interviewing admin roles- Use initiative to create improvement projects working with all levels of stakeholders across the trust
