SwipeClock cloud products provide instant employee access to automated timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, HR dashboards, and other HR resources. I'm responsible for enabling channel partners with everything they need to better sell and promote SwipeClock products and the creation, development and promotion of all product content.

Our team is responsible for 40% of all new business closed working closely with the sales team to build a pipeline of qualified leads through media buys, web, SEO, PPC, events, social, content, direct mail, webinars, advertising and PR. I specifically focus on all things paid media and events including: o LinkedIn: Set strategy for and manage 35 separate campaigns targeting prospects based on industry, titles, job functions and more. Aim for strong KPIs in the platform but success is based on conversions, MQLs and Opps. o PPC: Working to build our Google AdWord campaign in the Influencer Marketing space from the ground up. o Industry Publications like SmartBrief, New Hope Media, WWD, Babcox Media and many more. o Set yearlong strategy for trade events like the WOMMA Summit and TALK events, promote and help build presentations for webinars. o Helping establish Experticity, our sales and marketing team, and myself as though leaders when it comes to all things Influencer Marketing.

Our team helped implement marketing automation for several key groups of the United Health Group Organization.Key tasks included: o Implementing our marketing automation software which started with Aprimo and later moved to Eloqua as we became more sophisticated as a team. o Promoted, hosted and conducted follow up for all webinar activity. o Managed all inbound leads from sales o Set up a clean and manageable database so that we were able to implement programs like lead nurturing and scoring.
