•Strong management ability with a focus on system improvements.•Use forecasting techniques to regularly draw up business performance reports and present to management committees and heads of service.•Proficient in IT, including, Microsoft Office, Gladstone MRM and Agresso – used skills to improve current POS systems / booking procedures and increase the visibility of relevant key performance indicators to staff and managers.•Problem solving through clear assessment and response especially when under pressure. •Decision making even if unpopular.•Client management and account holding. •Communication at all levels, verbally and written with other managers, suppliers and contractors. •Responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and budget forecasting.•Supervise up to 6 staff on duty at any one time to maximise productivity and service delivery. Be responsible for security of the buildings and the safety of all users.•Supervise and delegate the day-to-day activities ensuring facilities are set up, cleaned and presentable.•Manage and negotiate ongoing service maintenance and cleaning contracts to ensure smooth running of the centres.•Keeping senior management informed of all changes in my areas of responsibility.•Liaise with lease holders, partners, contractors and the general public to ensure that safe working practices are achieved and upheld. •Implement and maintain high levels of customer service and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction levels are beyond expectation. •Operate the booking system and issue invoices. •Ensure ICT systems work effectively to suit needs of the business.•Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation specifically fire safety, risk assessments, manual handling, COSHH and PPE thereby reducing the levels of risk to customers and staff of injury, theft or liability. •Plan a maintenance and replacement schedule and prioritise the work within this.
