Tasks and Responsibilities: • Setting up the Greek team• Organizing and implementing the strategy between Customer Care-Sales Spain and Sales Portugal to improve post sales and efficiency with retailers• Participation on the strategy between Brazil-USA and EMEA to provide customer support to the LATAM market• Helping out the Customer support in Argentina• Participation on the strategy for the up-cross selling in Customer Care• Working together with Reverse Logistic • Monthly meetings with agents – constructive feedback • Coaching identifying the areas for development of each member, planning and taking actions for developments• Monitor the quantitative aspects of the CSR role to ensure the team can meet its service level targets on a daily basis • Quality monitoring, identifying and differentiating patrons from current situations• Mid and End year performance review• Hiring manager: CV selection, phone and personal interview• Weekly schedule, and leading extra activities • Handling complaints: B2C, B2B• Analysis of customers expectations in order to improve our service

The main specialism was Empanadas from Argentina. The most popular were with meat, but the combination and inspiration coming from other cultures transformed the traditional empanadas from Argentina in many other flavors and tastes, like feta cheese, spinach, different type of cheese combined, etc.Most of the customers were companies, and restaurants.
