To achieve this, I have thoroughly supervised the auditing department, ensuring that all client files and customs procedures strictly adhere to current legal and regulatory requirements. This task has involved meticulous and continuous review of processes to identify and correct any deviations promptly, thereby strengthening the reliability of our agency.Additionally, I took on the direct responsibility of obtaining Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification, a role that involved leading both the strategy and implementation of the necessary standards to achieve this recognition. This process included coordinating between various departments, training our team in the specific AEO standards, and continuous oversight to ensure our operations remain aligned with the highest international standards of security and efficiency in the supply chain. This certification has not only improved our internal procedures but has also reinforced our company's position as a leader in the customs sector.

I was responsible for meticulously supervising and managing the control of all goods entering and leaving our facilities. I effectively coordinated and oversaw the preparation and dispatch of import declarations, ensuring that each procedure was carried out in compliance with current regulations.My role included detailed supervision of the declarations, with the primary goal of ensuring full regulatory compliance in all operations. Additionally, a crucial part of my responsibilities was to stay constantly updated on legislative and regulatory changes that could affect our processes. This continuous update allowed me to quickly adapt our strategies and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and legality in handling the goods.

I played a crucial role as the person responsible for the entry of maritime import declarations. This task was fundamental to the proper processing of all import operations conducted via maritime routes.My role involved meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the data entry of each declaration, requiring an in-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures. Effective coordination with other departments, such as logistics and legal, was essential to gather all necessary documentation to support each declaration, including invoices, certificates of origin, and packing lists.This experience allowed me to develop advanced skills in managing customs documents, a thorough understanding of applicable free trade agreements, and effective handling of relationships with multiple stakeholders, including customs brokers, carriers, and clients. These competencies ensured the continuous and efficient flow of maritime import operations, significantly contributing to the success of the company's supply chain.
