-Perform full cycle recruitment including but not limited to talent outreach, screening, interviews and overall assessment of potential candidates using ATS platform -Act as a liaison to the executive team on hiring, performance management, workforce planning, and other leadership-level HR issues-Manage onboarding of all new hires-Lead employee efforts around overall satisfaction, growth, morale and culture-Created structure of and provide oversight to Vaudeville’s Strategy and Marketing Internship program-Led initiative to overhaul Vaudeville’s HR & Benefits package through PEO implementation -Act as a liaison to the Head of Business & Legal to communicate employment policies, procedures and laws-Support leaders in handling delicate talent matters

-Executive Assistant to founding partners of Vaudeville Ventures providing calendar management, prioritization of daily meetings as well as personal and logistical support-Assist in the planning of senior management’s calendars based on project prioritization and scope-Provided oversight and execution of HQ office buildout and expansion-Manage onboarding of all new employees including, but not limited to, enrollment in payroll, company benefits program and new hire documentation-Maintain HR records of existing employees through company admin access of JustWorks including terminations, raises and PTO-Assist in the recruiting of all new talent including sourcing, recruiting and background checks-Provide oversight and support to company accountants in all matters related to taxes, billing, expenses and client receivables-Act as the direct liaison to building management pertaining to all office space matters-Support Head of Business Development to keep track of all prospective clients and plan intro and follow up meetings as necessary-Support Head of Business and Legal Operations by reviewing employee and client contracts

-Followed all bank policies and procedures to accurately perform customer transactions in a timely manner-Trained in all Head Teller duties including cash management of vault and ATM maintenance-Consistently met referral and incentive goals through opening of new accounts and discovering benefits for clients-Ensured exceptional levels of customer service were maintained

-Transcribed, created dubs and ingested raw video-Pitched story, concept and panel ideas-Managed rundowns/controlled timing and accuracy of news broadcasts using iNews-Navigated Mira and Vortex to search for content used in news segments-Experienced firsthand how daily news shows are developed and aired

-Assisted in research for all types of private investigation tasks-Filed accurate reports upon completion of assigned jobs-Created and managed customer invoices
