I have been working in the customer service field for over ten years. I started with Target in 2010 and worked in many jobs over my time there including but not limited to sales, security, operations and guest service lead. I also worked facilities lead for awhile before going to IKEA in 2014 to lead the cash lanes as well had after sales and home delivery. I then moved into property management with Brigs where I have been director of client Services since 2019. During these years most of my experience gained has been training, managing and developing customer service teams with the goal of providing the most efficient and professional first point of contact possible. I have managed up to 35 people at a time and have developed the client service team at Brigs from 3 to 11 team members. I love watching my staff develop and become the best versions of themselves. I am now Director of Client Success with Brigs managing not only our front end staff but also the onboarding process for new clients coming on.
