• Provide full cycle recruiting solutions for clients with Accounting & Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing staffing needs on a direct hire basis.• Source for qualified candidates by networking, using online job boards, cold calling, sourcing candidate referrals, and searching through the internal database.• Screen, interview, evaluate, and make recommendations on candidates to hiring managers and human resources representatives.• Conduct reference checks, background checks, degree verifications, and other testing as needed.• Work directly with human resources representatives and direct hiring managers in order to coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and close offers with candidates.
