Project Controls Manager
CurrentPrepare, monitor, and execute project estimates, proposals, Project Plan Gate Model processes, engineering schedules, cost controls, and internal quality progress reviews for engineering projects.- Prepare engineering estimates and proposals.- Prepare engineering schedules for estimates and then update and maintain the engineering schedules on awarded projects.- Obtain required schedule information by all disciplines/functions. Identify restraints and effects on total project schedules. Coordinate with all disciplines and groups to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs. - Monitor and report critical path and schedule performance of the total project. Conduct project schedule analysis and study problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.- Responsible for the development and accuracy of project cost reports. - Verify consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency.- Develop and conduct internal quality reviews of projects to confirm the project deliverables are complete, accurate, clear, constructible, compliant, safe, and cost-effective.- Conduct and document internal project review meetings to measure progress on schedules, costs, and quality.
