The scope of the presentations include developing PowerPoint presentations and updating spreadsheets with financial, schedule, risk, and requirement/status updates.• Conduct research to ascertain the viability of subcontractors and to ensure proprietary information is inclusive with subcontractors. This dashboard was key to tracking throughput on both a macro and micro level through the inventory area. .Department Kaizan Sponsor – Sponsored Kaizan events within my department to outline and streamline processes to reduce waste and implement cost and time saving initiatives. Outcomes led to a 15% reduction in indirect labor through developing a tactical material placement and picking system, implementing a Kanban system along with a multitude of other smaller process changes. Records – This team is responsible to report our quarterly Inventory Accuracy to the Government in accordance with FAR and SOX requirements. Work directly with outside auditing groups to evaluate compliance and establish best practices such as cycle counting material and ensuring lot integrity and traceability throughout the build process. Developed a move plan to move 30k sq ft consisting of 70k locations into a new facility. This project encompassed scrutinizing space requirements due to a 30% reduction in space allocation.
