Program Manager
Current• Perform technical program management tasks on the AIS/PSI Government Contract with the 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron. As a Task Order Manager I oversee Task Orders on this government contract which includes managing the overall scope of each Task Order, the financial liability, developing and mitigating risk, developing requirements, and overseeing subcontractors.• Identify, lead, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure the scope of the Task Orders are fulfilled. This includes developing and flowing down requirements, developing, tracking, and mitigating risk on the Task Orders, engaging in weekly meetings to review progress, testing, CDRLs, etc.• Present to the Government, Sr. Management and Subcontractors on the Task Orders that I manage. This includes weekly updates, requirement reviews, kickoff meetings and monthly status reviews. The scope of the presentations include developing PowerPoint presentations and updating spreadsheets with financial, schedule, risk, and requirement/status updates.• Conduct research to ascertain the viability of subcontractors and to ensure proprietary information is inclusive with subcontractors. Additionally, I perform analysis of the subcontractors to ensure they are able to complete the scope of Task Orders. • Conduct market research and initiate correspondence between Leidos and potential subcontractors/vendors to further the execution and development of the program.• Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Performance Work Statements (PWS) for the Task Orders, ROMs and RFPs which I oversee.
