As a Member of the Board of Directors at Duna House Group since Apr 2019, I provide strategic oversight and direction to the company, working collaboratively with other board members and the executive team to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. Additionally, I contribute to the development and implementation of the company's long-term strategy, which includes identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations, and ensuring sustainable profitability. As the Chief Financial Officer of Duna House Group since Aug 2018, I lead a team of over 20 controllers and finance colleagues in four countries responsible for meeting local and group-level financial reporting requirements, budgeting and business planning. I also spearhead the group's efforts in cross-border M&A, which includes target search, managing due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiating SPAs, and coordinating external advisers such as legal and financial due diligence teams. Furthermore, I participate in various board of directors and management boards of foreign subsidiaries and drive the company's investor relations activities, acting as the first point of contact for stock exchange investors and preparing presentations, quarterly reports, and official publications. My contributions have resulted in the successful completion of three acquisitions in four years, more than doubling the group's revenue. Additionally, I have led successful bond auctions with over 35mEUR net proceeds. My efforts were recognized when I was awarded CFO of the Year 2020 in Hungary by Portfolio.hu and Credit Management Group.

As Head of Investor Relations and M&A at Duna House Group from Oct 2017 to Jul 2018, I led thecompany's M&A activities, which involved conducting market research, identifying and contactingprospective targets, managing due diligence, valuing assets, structuring deals, and negotiating SPAs.Additionally, I was responsible for driving the company's investor relations activities, which includedpreparing presentations and public reports. One of the significant achievements during my tenure wasthe successful expansion of the loan brokerage business through two add-on acquisitions in Poland.

I was responsible for teaching the basics of corporate finance and financial analysis to students.Through my teaching, I helped students develop a fundamental understanding of key concepts andprinciples in corporate finance and financial analysis, and provided them with practical knowledge andskills that they could apply in their future careers. My teaching style focused on engaging students,encouraging critical thinking, and promoting active participation.

As a Managing Director at Concorde MB Partners, Hungary's leading M&A boutique, I worked on various projects between 2009 and 2017, catering to major local companies and international clients across the spectrum of their corporate finance needs. I collaborated with top decision makers and legal teams, conducted financial analysis, and prepared marketing materials for various deals. Duties included conducting due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, market research, and preparing presentations for clients and senior management. Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and accounting, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Working at the Iberian HQ of Zurich Financial Services in Barcelona, I was part of the project management team of 3 persons overlooking the integration with the insurance business of BancSabadell Group, where Zurich acquired the controlling 50% for 750mEUR. I was responsible for the monitoring of daily integration activities, managing key issues and reporting to local and international top management. In this position I learned the challenges of synergy materialization and change management.
