I have served as arbitrator and counsel in more than 65 international and domestic arbitrations. This includes serving as Chair, emergency arbitrator, and expedited arbitrator in disputes in excess of $350M. I represent clients, including major French and European clients, in commercial litigation in the United States. This includes the representation of the Republic of France, the French Ministere des Armees, and the Direction Générale de l'Armement in a lawsuit in federal court. It also includes securing a unanimous jury verdict for French telecommunications company Orange SA in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. I have also represented major groups, such as Air France, Alcatel-Lucent, Caceis, and Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in international disputes.I served as first law clerk to Judge Jed S. Rakoff, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. I also was a law clerk (assistant de justice) at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Bobigny, France.
