The position primarily involved logging calls on the company IT Helpdesk system, resolving software and hardware desktop/printer issues, installing software and the maintaining accurate records of all hardware/software on the IT asset database/license register.Ensuring remote access login for external managers, Monitoring and trouble shooting of company backups as required. Additionally support of the internal phone system and mobile users is also required. Therefore the role needed me to have a strong technical background combined with the ability to be customer facing. Show less
