Distribution Center Manager overseeing laboratory and client order fulfillment, inventory control, freight management and the responsible management of for $27 million in annual direct and indirect material used in the performance of medical diagnostic testing as well as $12 million in client supplies

Managed the daily operations of the PAML & PACLAB logistics operations for all of Western Washington. Coordinated, implemented and monitor the timely pick-ups for the 7 area hospital partners within Paclab to ensure timely delivery of specimens to each hospital lab. Managed a staff of 90+ employees and 100 vehicles. Ensured all operations are functioning within best practice and within regulatory guidelines. Provide consultation and interact with logistics supervisors in other ventures in order to standardize logistics activities among the joint ventures and outreach locations. Negotiate contracts with other companies wishing to utilize the PAML consolidated logistics network.

As the material manager I oversaw all procurement, shipping / receiving, the manufacturing of 220 individual products. Intracel / Bartels had annual sales of $150 million prior to being purchased by Trinity Biotech.
