Working on and off in the construction industry since 2008, safety has always been a priority of mine, which is why I have taken advantage of being part of the greatest project in America: ExxonMobil Campus Project in Spring, TX. As a safety professional, I have grown in many areas by being involved with upholding the campus safety rules, developing the safety culture, substance abuse screening, reading and implementing the site wide daily tool box talks, collecting and analyzing near/loss data, incident investigation, developing Job Site Analysis's(JSA's), daily safety audits, case management, and teaching my company's employee’s how to perform their job tasks safely and efficiently. This position has allowed me to grow in my knowledge of safety, boost my skills in recognizing potential/existing hazards, and further my understanding of the 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Regulations. Every day that my employee’s go home safe is just another reason I get to smile on my way home from work. Remember, all hazards CAN be eliminated, NO BODY GET’S HURT!
