Current- I manage approximately 15 analysts during the tax season; I oversee training, development, mentoring and coaching of the analysts.
- I led one of the top performing teams in production and quality for the Phoenix site.
- I have been selected to be the site POC for all training and development requests and improvements.
- I write the technical release notes for different development teams regarding system improvements that are released to the government and internal employees.
- I have helped identify, develop and test a new communication method between multiple sites to ensure consistent messaging to 100’s of employees.
- I was selected to participate in a Lessons Learned Summit to identify areas of improvement and provide ongoing feedback for the CEDAR project.
