Aide - Deputy Chief Of Staff
Served as the Aide-De-Camp for two Lieutenant Generals in the position of Army Deputy Chief of Staff - Logistics, as well as the Civilian Deputy to the Chief of Staff - Logistics. Managed front office operations for the general who was responsible for all logistics policy, programs, and resources for the entire United States Army. Directly coordinated actions with over 400 personnel in numerous sections and divisions. Managed every detail of all trips planed around the world for each of the generals to include trips to the Middle East, Korea, Germany, and throughout the United States. Coordinated the daily schedule of the generals to ensure their effective and efficient completion of their responsibilities. Helped in the management of critical staff actions involving Army transformation and change initiatives. Chosen to be the Aide-de-camp over all others due to impeccable organizational skills and an infectious "can do" attitude.
Executive Officer
Served as second in command of a unit consisting of over 450 personnel which deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Directly supervised a Staff of 25 personnel who provided command and control for the organization and which planned and executed the deployment of the personnel and equipment of the entire battalion to Kuwait in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Supervised and managed a wide range of logistics operations including supply, maintenance, medical, and transportation support in a unit supporting over 4,500 brigade soldiers. Managed an operational budget of over $3 million and maintained over 1,500 pieces of equipment. Supervised a road movement of all personnel and equipment (over 1,000 pieces) through hostile territory during operations in Iraq. In the absence of the commander, was in charge of the unit.
Support Operations Officer
Served as the officer in charge of directing all the supply, field services, maintenance and medical support for a Brigade Combat Team consisting of 4,500 personnel. Supervised a direct staff of over 20 personnel and directed the workload of over 300 soldiers. Maintained the readiness level of the Brigade Combat Team at over 90% readiness during the entire time as the Brigade's Support Operations Officer. Successfully planned, coordinated, and executed all necessary actions to prepare the brigade for peacekeeping operations, deploy to Kosovo and provide combat service support for 5,000 soldiers and redeploy. Was the single point of contact for all logistics for the entire U.S. operation. Coordinated the support of Non Government Organizations supporting operations in Kosovo and coordinated support to coalition partners supporting the mission in Kosovo. Successfully executed a 21 day Air-Bridge which supplied the entire American Brigade during a hostile blockage of the main supply route. This Air-Bridge was the only supply line to the soldiers.
Maintenance Control Officer / Platoon Leader
Commanded a platoon of over 110 soldiers of the 530th Maintenance Company. Served as the leader and coordinator of all maintenance support for all of the company's equipment. As the Maintenance Control Officer, was responsible for the planning and management of all customer second line maintenance for the entire brigade; well over 2,600 pieces of equipment. Managed a team of maintainers that successfully kept the readiness rate of the internal equipment and Brigades equipment well above 90% with few jobs disabled for over thirty days.

. Responsible for the health and welfare and program management of over 125 Reserve Officer Cadets. Duties included the instruction of all first year cadets and the recruitment of all cadets into the Pacific Lutheran University Program. Recruitment responsibilities necessitated the development of a recruiting team developed with the school administrative team. Successfully coordinated and received a favorable decision to have the school administration award a full room and board scholarship to all ROTC scholarship winners. (Provided ROTC Scholarship Students a completely free education.) Coordinated with the local base, Fort Lewis, to give briefings to soldiers interested in transferring from active duty to the ROTC program; resulting in over 25% of all cadets being former soldiers. A benefit to both the soldier and the program. Doubled the enrollment numbers from 61 to 145 cadets in the program in less than three years resulting in the program being named the number one program of 245 and resulting in Pacific Lutheran University being named its own ROTC program. Received numerous awards as the best recruiting officer in the Northern ROTC Region while maintaining quality soldiers in
Commander / Battalion Logistics Officer
Commanded a company of over 100 Combat Service Support Soldiers in Hanau Germany and later deployed to Bosnia. Served as the senior safety officer in the company with no major injuries recorded. Trained and coached the company to establish a positive command climate, enforce high standards, and achieve outstanding results in all internal and external support. Remained approachable to all soldiers and maintained an "Open Door Policy" for all soldiers to broach any topics.
