I specialize in private M&A, private equity and capital market transactions. I also advise lenders and borrowers in virtually every type of financing transaction with a main focus on syndicated loans, asset-based finance and bilateral loan agreements for high net worth individuals. Over the years I have been involved in many complex and international transactions that required the coordination of multi-jurisdictional teams. This has allowed me to gain specialized know-how and practical experience in project management. My clients include start-ups as well as listed companies . I have been a partner and member of the firm’s M&A and banking and finance department since 2011. I also serve on the boards of directors of Spital Männedorf AG, Toys R Us AG and Cayago AG, which has contributed significantly to my knowledge of the healthcare and retail industries.
