Dan Schriever directs AMT’s land surveying and subsurface utility engineering teams. Dan has more than 30 years of surveying and management experience on both public and private sector projects that include public works, transportation, and commercial development. He oversees these services for the Mid-Atlantic region.Specialties: Land Surveying services include topographic, boundary, ALTA Land Title Surveys, As-build surveys, utility surveys, construction stakeout, easements/rights-of-way plats, subdivision plats, Condo plats, 3D Laser Scanning/Ground Lidar, and Mobile Lidar. Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services including ASCE Quality Levels A-D utility test holes, utility designating, utility surveying, utility record research, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and CCTV pipe inspection.
