I started programming in my late 20s and have been in love since my first "Hello, world!" flashed across my terminal. When COVID hit, I transitioned from full-time musician to full-time programming work. I started my new career working with CodeWizardsHQ. I created programming courses for kids while building internal tooling, creating helper libraries/documentation, and moderating CWHQ's support forums. I've recently picked up a new full-time gig as a business analyst with PFES, and they've hired me to work locally in New Orleans with Entergy to support the Capital Projects Portfolio Reporting Group's reporting efforts. In my role, I get to develop apps using Microsoft's Power Platform and build business intelligence solutions.Outside of my day job, I primarily write software for the web and constantly learn new programming languages/paradigms. I also love tinkering with other domains outside of web development (robotics, systems programming, automation, etc.). I'm very happy in my current role, but I'm always excited to connect with other folks in the tech/BI/education industry, so please, reach out if you think we have something in common!
