Daniel is a bilingual (English/Spanish +) U.S. Navy Diver veteran and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in global construction work. Having started from the field working his way up to BOD meetings, Daniel has the ability to “talk” to the entire team not just a select few.Daniel's experience spans the globe from large scale billion dollar projects to the equally important one-week projects.Daniel is motivational and practical giving him a “way” to develop relationships in any setting, group or one on one by developing trust through the ability to be vulnerable. Daniel also brings energy to any room he visits, which adds to his ability to lead groups to success. He is experienced with all project phases, from planning, FEED to execution & completion. Daniel is very adaptive to challenges and change; but enjoys the peacefulness of a strong, well-written and executed management system.Daniel is highly experienced in foreign and domestic regulations and works quite often in remote environments with multiple ethnicities, dialects & cultures. This experience has given Daniel the edge when things do not go as planned and difficult circumstances require an in-depth “root cause” and the development of real solutions, manage disaster recovery including the most important; implementation of real change within the organization. Daniel has a proven reputation for creating cohesive, success-driven teams in any corporate or operational environment. Daniel is not all about “work”, as he believes strongly in a well-rounded work-life balance regimen. Daniel is an avid hockey player and inline skater, enjoys tennis, mountain climbing, swimming, bike-riding, camping and an occasional round of golf (he also believes strongly in the mulligan at any time). Also included in his recreational toolbox is fishing, hunting, weightlifting and almost all of this with his beautiful wife. Daniel has six children (Ages 38-25; two beautiful girls who reside in Spain with their families (three total grandchildren) and four boys in Houston with two grandchildren. Donations are always welcome for their college and “extras” fund.Daniel’s philanthropy is dedicated to the Christian recovery ministry called Celebrate Recovery. Daniel is a Texas State Representative for both the CR ministries and “Welcome Home” a recovery ministry directly dedicated to our national heroes giving them a safe place to gain strength, peace, hope and direction often lost in fighting for this great country.
