A career developed over more than two decades in the engineering sector, starting my journey in 2002 after moving from São Paulo to Taubaté to study electrical engineering. I started as an engineering trainee at Gates do Brasil, moving through several roles and accumulating experience in multiple sectors, including technical, time and methods, and quality assurance for specific clients such as Ford.I have extensive experience in transitioning between different engineering and sales segments. In 2005, I transitioned to the role of sales representative at Gühring do Brasil, a German multinational company, until being hired by Volkswagen São Carlos in 2008, where I was responsible for the rollout of a new production line. I later joined Sumitomo Hard Metal, gaining valuable experience in the cutting tools segment.Skills developed include specialization in machining, with notable projects such as the development and commercialization of a CNC machine for machining surfboards. In addition, I have significant expertise in solar photovoltaic energy, having completed two extension courses at Unicamp and an MBA in Project Management. This combination of technical and management skills allows me to offer innovative and effective solutions.Main Achievements:Development and commercialization of an innovative surfboard machining machine, demonstrating my capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship.Continuous expansion in renewable energy, including the founding of two companies in the sector, which stand out for the development of projects and implementation of solar photovoltaic energy systems, as well as small hydroelectric plants and biomass solutions.
