Skilled in use of digital and mechanical inspection tools and NDT equipment for magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing. Fluent in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineered drawings. As part of a team, I have developed and refined quality processes and procedures to reduce redundancy and improve overall quality. As a machinist prior to my move into quality, I ran several milling machines, manual and CNC controlled. I was skilled in efficient setup and proper tooling selections which helped me achieve unparalleled quality. In this role I was also tasked with selecting and training new employees.
