Daniel completed a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in 2013 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Queensland University of Technology in 2014. Daniel was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014. Prior to studying law, Daniel gained legal experience working for the Walker Pender Group and the Ipswich Courthouse. He has previously lived in the UK, working for a London charity and as a travel writer.Daniel has worked for Legal Aid Queensland, providing frontline legal services to thousands of Queenslanders on a wide range of issues. Daniel joined Hall Payne as a research clerk in March 2014 and was appointed as a trainee lawyer in May 2014. In September 2014 he transitioned to Personal Injury law and now primarily works in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury, though also advises on various legal matters including defamation, consumer law and neighbourhood disputes.Daniel has a passion for social justice and regularly volunteers at several community legal centres in Brisbane. He is involved in the Friends of Hatcliffe charity, raising funds to provide housing and educational supplies to the people of the Hatcliffe slum in Zimbabwe.
