• Schedule servicing for caterpillar machines. • Arrange and book customer appointments for the repair work on their machines. • Organise engineers for the repair work and order parts kit for the required machine. • Dealing with existing and new technical queries from customers and engineers, via phone and email. • Managing the SWIP, closing of work and invoicing customers. • Update the customer on the progress, issues and any information throughout the service repair. • Responsible for the allocation of cost to each work order. • Provides support to the engineer to complete service documentation. • Providing cover for controllers such as closing jobs, assisting to customer queries, prop forma invoices. • Monitor work in progress which is submitted by engineers, this allows me to allocate new jobs.

* Dealing daily with existing and new technical queries from customers and departments such as internal machines, mining and power systems.* Build up a preventative maintenance and protective stock list for all machines.* I compile a list for top-end and complete overhauls. (short and long block to complete assembly)* Create a new parts quote from customer’s requests.* Identify incorrect parts from quotations and update and amend where necessary.* Send customers a pro forma invoice for them to review.* Contact customers to inform them of the status of their quote.* Contact customers who have purchased remanufactured stock and update the Remanufactured core spreadsheet.* Assist the sales team with any new jobs and part quotations.* Deal with internal and external queries via phone and email.* Daily queries consist of parts for Lift truck (forklift), Bitelli, Tele handlers, Olympian Gensets, Perkins, and non cat spares.
