His focus is the origination and servicing of food and agribusiness loans in the Eastern Corn Belt, Northeast U.S., and Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico, along with USDA guaranteed loan purchases throughout the U.S.Dan is deeply rooted in the food and agriculture industry, and has contributed to MetLife’s growth in this sector for over 25 years. He grew up on his family’s egg and turkey farm located in southern Indiana. At MetLife, Dan has served in many roles and responsibilities, all directed at making MetLife the agricultural mortgage lender of choice throughout the United States. Dan has past direct lending experience on farms located in regions of the West Coast, Corn Belt and Mid-South. He has worked as an Assistant Manager and Special Projects Manager from offices in Kansas, California, and Illinois.
