I’m the President for FanAm, Inc., an industrial and residential fan and blower systems manufacturer located in Sarasota, FL. In this role I lead the company’s internal organizational structure and customer and vendor relations, overseeing a team of sales professionals, engineers and managing the annual goals. Our most exciting work to date was designing and supplying a NASA propulsion lab with our custom industrial ventilation solutions. Not only was it very challenging from an engineering standpoint, but also we found it rewarding to see the end results.Before joining FanAm, I worked as a software engineer for two software companies — Raydon Corporation and Eagle Research Laboratories–- and was lucky enough to work with very challenging and interesting clients such as the US Air Force, Navy and Lockheed Martin.Thanks to my broad knowledge and experience I have the ability to view problems from different angles and thus help my customers with their problems in an efficient manner. I understands both the business and technology aspects and can therefore effectively prevent the problems that arise because of communication problems between client and supplier.I have a BA in Aviation Computer Science from Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach and an MBA in IT Economy from Hogskolan I Gavle (Sweden)I’m always interested and looking to hear from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting creative business people, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
