Administration - Responsible for renewing contracts, insurance, Federal Water Rights, Social Security for employees, inputting protocols and control into a company doubling in size each year without taking on extra staff or managers. Constantly researching into reducing cost and constant analysis of cash flow and providing ‘real time’ numbers. - Bi-weekly projections- Bi-weekly spending reports- Maintaining profit margins- Setting and achieving company goals in sales, management, profitability and organizationBanking- Balancing accounts- Wire Transfers (National and International)- Acquired debit/ credit card terminals - Credit Cards- Responsible for payroll- Salary deductions- Direct bank deposits to employees- Collecting pay slips - Accounts receivables/payables- Coordinating with hotels for payments- Speaking with service providers Approx. 7-10- Invoicing - Accounting - Bi-Weekly meetings with accountants to go over strategies and constant changes to the laws.
