• Provide support to sales and marketing operations through enhancing sales tools and CRM best practices• Develop and create custom reports, objects, page layouts, and dashboards• Train new and existing users how to best use Salesforce• Provide users with technical support• Database management and administration• Manage HubSpot and architect inbound marketing strategy• Generate leads and work with inside sales team to develop pipeline and manage lead nurturing, qualifying, and handoff process• Design and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns, using analytics to evaluate customer requirements and improve close rate• Write and program (HTML) documents for pre-event mailings, follow-up mailings, and special offers• Assist Sales Teams with pricing and configuration options• Update and manage Company’s social media and online properties (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Generate new leads on the telephone utilizing networking and web research• Team with sales representatives to target/close potential opportunities• Provide product/customer information to sales team• Achieve yearly quotas of qualified leads and qualified opportunities.
