HR Services - Senior Customer Care Representative ALIGHT SOLUTIONSOn-Floor Supervisor (OFS) Toronto, ONQueue Manager (QM) • Customer Service on chats, emails, and inbound/outbound calls: answer/investigate inquiries related to policies and procedures about health benefits, payroll/time entries, pension, recruiting, workday transactions, learning, performance, leave of absence., etc……. Alight Solutions serves clients all over Canada, United States, UK and Europe - using Workday, a cloud-based ERP software system. • Here is what my typical day looks like:  Handling a high volume of calls/chats, investigating matters related to 10 different HR skills, coming from employees, Managers, HRBPs, Recruiters, HR Consultunts.  Creating tickets and communicating with third parties to seek a resolution. As an On-Floor Supervisor, resolving escalated cases with excellent satisfactory results. Suggesting process improvement to proactively acting on possible future recuring cases/potential. As a Queue Manager, assigning incoming Tickets to concerned team and, end-month-auditing Tickets. Assisting my collegues on group chats for any giudance on the policies and procedures. Mentoring/ Coaching one-to-one. Leveraging my computer navigation skills between multiple screens and various systems.
