• Worked with America Votes, Univision and additional partners to streamline resources to other Hispanic programs, creating better and more effective voter contact operations statewide.

Glendale, Arizona

• Oversaw campaign team for former Blackberry CEO’s attempted $250M purchase of NHL team.
• Assembled unique coalition to support the project, including city council members, hockey players, local businesses, bipartisan elected officials and the Gold Water Institute.

New Mexico

• Wrote and implemented political outreach and multilingual GOTV program for top US Senate race.
• Managed a $2.5 million voter contact budget and designed programs specific to the Hispanic and Native American communities.
• Provided winning margin for US Senate and two US Congressional races through innovative targeting, vote by mail, Spanish radio and early vote tactics.

Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada

• Designed a national grass tops and mobilization plan for campaign, including staff recruitment and training, national volunteer recruitment, voter contact operations and candidate scheduling.
• Wrote and implemented caucus plan for first ever Hispanic Democratic Candidate for President.
• Led a staff of 250 in Iowa, and oversaw a national budget of $4.5 million.

• Part of one of the most successful teams in DGA history, winning 26 gubernatorial seats.
• Wrote and implemented effective incumbent protection programs in OR, TN, OK, KS and NM.
• Assisted in campaign planning and funding in key swing governor races in VA, NV, MN and CO.
• Helped staff and write campaign plans for challenging governor races in SD, ID, NE, FL and TX.
• Served as General Election Director for Governor Bill Richardson’s re-election in NM.
