Day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the group of companies under common control. Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and strategic planning.Developing and monitoring of policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and legal provisions to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues.Main responsibilities:- Develop and implement and organization's financial goals,- Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks,- Improve profitability of the company,- Supervise cash management activities,- Act as a financial gatekeeper,- Supervise the preparation of the annual budget,- Monitor and control accounts receivables,- Prepare monthly financial statements, financial packages, and other informational reports/analysis,- Review prior financial results and prepare forecasts highlighting future needs and trends,- Review monthly operating reports for accuracy and completeness and reports major variances between actual and budget results,- Prepare summaries and forecasts as future business growth and general economic outlook.
